Working Effectively with China/Asia
Interacting in a culturally appropriate manner with Asian clients, partners and colleagues is critical for success in one of the world's most dynamic markets. The focus of this course is on working successfully with the professional expectations, meeting and presentation styles, and business customs of a changing Asia. Participants will be given specific strategies and information which they can use for working effectively with Asia both on-site and remotely. Strategic, tactical and cultural components of working effectively with projects in Asia, and with Asian colleagues and clients are covered.

Virtual Teams That WorkTeams that work together at the same location face challenges in their day-to-day interactions. A team with remote or telecommuting members makes for an even tougher situation.
